Press Registration
Members of the press (print, online, TV/radio) and industry analysts are encouraged to obtain a press badge prior to arriving at the show. Please submit your request and press credentials to Ms. Gishin Ko, ICS Conventions, via email, ko@ics-inc.co.jp. The ET press office will assist you in setting up meetings with companies, booking meeting space, and other requests to make your attendance productive and enjoyable. A dedicated press room with office equipment and Internet access is available to the press at the show. PR Agencies
PR agencies often inquire if there are presentation opportunities available at the show. There is no "Call for Papers" such as in USA shows. Basically, keynotes and related presentations/panels are done by invitation only by ET management (Japanese speakers only). If you have a high-level speaker (Japanese speaker) with a strong industry interest subject you can propose it for review by ET management. However, any registered exhibitor can schedule two types of presentations as described below (see the Support Programs document).
