VIP Night
JASA (Japan Embedded Systems Technology Assoc., the sponsor of the Embedded Technology Conference & Exhibition hosts a VIP Night for exhibitors and their invited VIP guests. Exhibitors receive a limited number of VIP invitations to the event which are sent to the exhibitors' key customer contacts prior the show. It is the the embedded electronics industry's most gala reception and dinner.
ET Festa
ET Festa is held in the late afternoon on one of the show days to enhance networking in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Visitors can spend significant time, taking communication freely with an exhibition company. The designated sponsoring participants offers drinks (beer, wine, sake, or soft drinks) and a light meal. Moreover, the exhibition company is planning the original event in each booth. Companies often bring products which highlight their locale back home. Floor Map
The trade show floor assignments are not settled by the ET show management until the fall. Previous exhibitors have priority preferences followed by the order of application submission for new exhibitors. There is no guarantee of trade show floor assignment but we try on best effort basis to meet the exhibitor's preferences. For example, you can request: do not place near competitor A, B, C; or you can request: place near company A, B, C, or a particular zone. Click here for last year's booth map as an example (PDF).
Booth Rental
A turnkey booth package is available for both 1-unit (3x3m) booth and 2-unit (3x6m) booth configurations. The cost for a basic 1-booth set up is 90,000 yen plus tax. The cost for a basic 2-booth set up is 130,000 yen plus tax. Turnkey booths includes basic carpet/flooring, lights/furnishings and electrical. The turnkey booth is set up for exhibitors...just have to add your signs, brochures and other items you wish to bring. There are pictures of the turnkey booths in the Support Programs document.
